Dr. Randy Reber, opened The Vision Center in Lubbock in 1990. Dr Reber attended the University of Oklahoma, graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree, he then attended the University of Houston, College of Optometry. Following graduation, he served 4 years in the U.S. Public Health Service and was a Commissioned Officer with the Indian Health Service.

Following graduation, he served 4 years in the U.S. Public Health Service and was a Commissioned Officer with the Indian Health Service.

Dr Reber is Board Certified with the American Board of Optometry. He is a member of the South Plains Optometric Society, the Texas Optometric Association, and the American Optometric Association. He also served as a Clinical Examiner with the National Board of Optometry. He has served as an Adjunct Assistant Professor with the University of Houston, College of Optometry where he taught 4th year optometry students as part of their clinical rotations.

Randy enjoys all aspects of being an Optometrist. He is proficient in the diagnosis, management and treatment of complex vision problems. He enjoys comprehensive medical management of eye problems and examination. 

Dr. Reber spends most of his time with his family; his wife Susan, sons Ryan & his wife, Lynsey and Drew, and 2 grandchildren.
