Dr. Nolan C. Riley

After graduating from Northeastern University Oklahoma College of Optometry in 2006, Dr. Riley joined the team at The Vision Center. He holds the highest level of licensure to practice optometry granted by the Texas Optometry Board.

While completing his educational requirements at Northeastern State University, he was awarded the Clinical Excellence Award. He also received the Student of the Year award in 2004, served on the Beta Sigma Kappa Optometry Honor Society for four years as well as many others.

He is the only Developmental Optometrist serving the panhandle, West Texas and Eastern New Mexico, treating patients, especially school-aged children, with vision therapy for learning conditions.

Dr. Riley volunteered his services during Hurricane Katrina providing eye exams for evacuees at Camp Gruber, OK. He has also participating in a AMOR Mission to Brazil and coached teams for the Special Olympics.

He received the Texas Optometric Association Young OD of the year award for 2016.
