Dr. Kelly D. Fallin

Dr. Kelly Fallin is a therapeutic optometrist who specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of ocular diseases, routine vision and eye health care, contact lenses and laser refractive surgery consultation. He was born in Nacogdoches, Texas and raised in East Texas. Dr. Fallin first came to West Texas to attend Texas Tech University and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree. He then continued his studies at the University of Houston College of Optometry where he graduated Magna Cum Laude and received numerous awards in clinical patient care and academics including membership of the Beta Sigma Kappa Optometric Honor Society for four years.

Dr. Fallin began working with Drs. Reber and Riley as an extern. He received additional training in private practice optometry in Carthage, Texas as well as serving as an on-call physician in emergency room eye care at East Texas Medical Center. Dr. Fallin is an active member in the American Optometric Association, the Texas Optometric Association, and is currently serving as the Vice President of the South Plains Optometric Association. He has volunteered in multiple charity organizations including participating in Relay for Life, Race for the Cure and the American Diabetes Association.

Dr. Fallin is excited to be back in Lubbock serving the people of the greater South Plains area that make this place so special. His hobbies include attending Texas Tech sporting events, boating, skiing and traveling.
