"I started taking our seven year old daughter to eye tests 18 months ago as she is reading a huge amount and spends so much time in front of a whiteboard and computers at school and at home. Our three year old is starting 'big school' this August so I took her along too... and to my surprise, I was told that she needs glasses. She is relatively longsighted in one eye and it's the difference between the two eyes that means that one should be corrected. She proved me very wrong too, and loves wearing her glasses - helped by lots of positive reaction from friends and nursery"
