- Are you not using an approved protective eyewear/goggle to prevent eye injuries at work?
- Do you drive a car for a living?
- Is your computer causing your eyes to feel tired and teary?
- Do you get a headache from using visual display units?
- Do you operate laser machines?
- Does your employer pay for your spectacles?
- Is speed an important factor in completing your job? Do you have to quickly inspect items visually?
- Do you have to inspect or compare different coloured objects at work?
