What You Can Expect
Dr. Parbhu is a board-certified Oculoplastic surgeon that specializes in eyelid surgery. With her practice being in Orlando, she often treats patients that are only in town for the winter or summer seasons.
Under Dr. Parbhu’s care, patients can comfortably schedule surgery and plan their return home.
Dr. Parbhu’s office strives to make the consultation process as easy as possible for our potential patients. Our staff can arrange for you to virtually meet with the doctor via video chat prior to coming in for your examination.
Please read the steps below to begin the consultation process and do not hesitate to contact us with any questions or concerns.
Step 1:
Please contact us through our website with your request to either set up an appointment in the office or with the doctor through video chat. We ask that you send recent photographs of your face using the following examples to help the doctor assess which treatments or surgery may be best for you. Please include all angles in your photos.
1) Front facing view
2) 45° to the left
3) 90° to the left
4) 45° to the right
5) 90° to the right
All photos should be taken using a solid background (white or blue is preferred). Please note that all photos you send are confidential and will only be placed within your medical record.
Step 2: Receive a consult with Dr. Parbhu
Once we receive your request with photos, our staff will contact you and determine whether you will most benefit from a phone conversation or video conference with the doctor. Dr. Parbhu will want to review your photos and discuss your history with you prior to your visit. One of our friendly staff will schedule a convenient time for you to speak with Dr. Parbhu, over the phone or via video chat. Our staff will also be able to answer questions about cost and finance options as well.
Please keep in mind that an online consultation is not the same as a consultation in person and has limitations. For this reason the doctor may require an in person consult in some cases.
Step 3: Scheduling
Once both you and Dr. Parbhu have decided on a plan that you are both comfortable with our office will contact you to schedule any necessary appointments or surgery. You will have the opportunity to download any paperwork and email or fax it back to us. You will be sent any required forms and information prior to your appointment.
