Financing Options
In an effort to make the finances of surgery more manageable for patients, we are happy to offer financing through CareCredit. We fully believe that the health and well-being of the eyes are critical to our quality of life and that money should not be the limiting factor, only an obstacle that can be overcome with proper planning. CareCredit is essentially a credit card that functions solely for healthcare-related items. It breaks down the payment into smaller monthly amounts that can be paid off even when on a fixed monthly income.
Fees
The fee for your procedure is determined by a number of factors. The type of procedure and the duration of surgery. The anesthesia and surgery center cost is based on the time in surgery.
Dr. Parbhu provides consultations, during which a more detailed quote for your treatment will be discussed. Our financial advisors are available to discuss alternative financing methods if they are needed.
Deposits
If you have determined that Parbhu Oculofacial Plastic Surgery is the right facility for your procedure and would like to book your treatment or surgery, a deposit will be required. Your initial deposit will usually be 50% of the total cost. This will secure your appointment on our surgical calendar, which can book up quickly. There are some cancellation restrictions, which our scheduler will discuss with you when booking your appointment.
Payment Policy
The total balance of the cost of a surgical procedure must be paid in full one week before the scheduled date. At this time, you will be asked to sign a series of documents, including consents for the related procedure or procedures, pre and post surgery instructions and confidentiality agreements. Any in office procedures or treatments must be paid in full the day of treatment.
