Job Descriptions:

Ophthalmologist

Seeking board certified/board eligible medical/surgical ophthalmologist in comprehensive ophthalmology or other surgical subspecialty for our established growing practice in Bellevue, Washington, a suburb of Seattle. Our practice has been serving this growing community for over 50 years. We have a patient centered team with a strong focus on excellent service.

Our senior partner is a Harvard trained comprehensive ophthalmologist, native to the Pacific Northwest, and past president of the Washington Academy of Eye Physicians and Surgeons whose surgical focus has been cataract surgery. The practice is seeking another ophthalmologist for help in meeting the growth needs of the area. The ideal candidate would be able to do some comprehensive ophthalmology and also provide new services in another surgical subspecialty. We also have several well trained optometric providers who are leaders in their areas of interest.

Overlake EyeCare, PS provides a great private practice opportunity for the right candidate. We are located in an affluent suburb of Seattle, one mile from Microsoft's main campus. Our area has seen tremendous growth with local companies such as Amazon, Microsoft, Google, and Boeing. We have strived to build our practice based on strong relationships with colleagues and patients. Some of our patients have 3 generations of family members coming to us for care. Accordingly, our team seeks an additional like minded ophthalmologist who patients will enjoy coming to for care.

Our practice has been newly renovated, and has an on site optical. Our special testing services include state of the art equipment including OCT angiography, IOL Master, Mibo, and Diopsys for VEP testing. Surgery is done at one of several nearby ASCs.

Partnership track is available to the right candidate. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated self starter, who enjoys collaboration and is a team player. Benefit package includes health, dental, and retirement plan if full time.

Eye Wear Consultant

Description: Job duties include but are not limited to: Provide excellent professional patient care for all patients, select and fit optical eyewear including eyeglasses and contacts, conduct patient education c for proper eyewear use and eyecare, schedule appointments, maintain medical records, promote a high sense of fashion and style and have a drive for excellence and performance.

Requirements: Minimum 1-year sales experience required. Previous optical sales experience preferred but not required. Must have proven successes in sales and customer service. Must present a fashionable and professional appearance.

Patient Services Representative

Description: Challenging position for an individual that is highly organized and customer service oriented. Clerical duties include checking patients in and out, answering phones, and verifying patient's insurance benefits. We are looking for professional, enthusiastic and service oriented individuals that can build a relationship with the patients.

Requirements: At least one year of experience in front office position. Basic computer skills required. Must be organized and efficient and exude a pleasant personality.

Clinical Technician

Description: A challenging position for a highly skilled, self-motivated and detail oriented clinical professional. Duties included pre-testing patients for the doctor, presenting contact lens options, and performing specialized medical testing.

Requirements: Medical background in a clinical environment is preferred. Training will be provided for the selected candidate. Basic computer knowledge required. Must be a service-oriented individual that enjoys building relationships with patients.
