Payment Options

At Visionary Eye Care, our goal is to promote good eye health and enable you to have the clearest vision possible. We inform our patients about exam and treatment costs at the beginning of your appointment. If you require a breakdown of costs, please let us know.

Vision Insurance

Many vision plans are designed to cover basic, vision-related costs. Plans often require a co-payment for an office appointment as well as additional costs that are covered by the insured patient. We accept most VSP and Eyemed plans. If you have any questions about your specific plan benefits, please contact our office. With some basic information, we can determine if we work directly with your plan and provide you with information about your vision coverage.

Flexible Spending Accounts

Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) are an elective supplemental insurance savings plan, offered through one's employer. These accounts are designed to help you save money, pretax, in an account, to pay for additional medical expenses, including eye exams, glasses, contacts, vision therapy and Ortho-K. FSAs can typically be used in conjunction with any vision insurance plan to offset out-of-pocket costs on your behalf.

Other Payment Options

We understand that cost is a concern when evaluating vision care providers. We do not want cost to be an obstacle to maintaining proper eye health and good vision. We accept various forms of payment and are able to discuss financing options with you prior to your examination. At Visionary Eye Care, we also accept cash, check, and major credit cards.
