Vitality Health and Wellness is amazing, I am finally taking control of my life with great lifestyle plan. Dr. Rapkin is no nonsense, and doesn't want excuses, for not being committed. He truly cares and gives 100% to his patients, and in return he expects 100%. . I would suggest Dr. Rapkin to all my friends and relatives, he is tough but he gets results. In two weeks I am finally feeling successful and the results unbelievable . After testing my sugar, it is back to a normal range, I sleep better and I have more energy, & I am so encouraged now! After years of being out of control, I am finally and getting my life back on a healthy track.
