Dr. Yee and her staff are great. The waiting time is short. Dr. Yee is very informative and professional, while still personable. She happily answered all my questions and was patient during my exam. The woman who helps with frames next door is very helpful as well, although I could've used a little more guidance in picking out a fashionable pair of frames that fit my face. Regardless, I was very pleased with my visit and will return in the future, and I would recommend Dr. Yee to my friends and family.

I am so happy to have a great eye doctor in Dr. Fern Yee! I have been seeing her for years, and my daughter sees her as well. It is easy to make appointments, and the office staff is super friendly . Dr. Yee is friendly, and makes the appointment easy. And they have great choices in frames! I highly recommend her.

I recently had my yearly checkup/eye exam with Dr. Yee. My script changed a little and I was able to get my lenses filled in her office same day! I ended up really not liking the script change and asked to be seen again to see if there were other options. She kindly saw me again, and did my vision test all over again and was able to get my in some more comfortable lenses. My lenses were replaced free of charge, and filled within 24 hours. I cannot recommend Dr. Yee enough! The kindness and professionalism of her entire staff assures me I will not need to find another eye doctor as long as I live in Austin.

Dr Yee is hands down the best and friendliest optometrist I've ever known. It's amazing how much she remembers from one visit to the next. I wear both contacts and glasses, and she's made slight adjustments every visit to adapt my changing eyes and my comfort level. The staff is also super friendly and attentive. Great experience all around!

FANTASTIC experience with Dr. Yee. She is my new eye doctor for certain.

I'm very pleased to find a great eye doctor in my area.  My previous eye dr. moved away and it took me a long time to just do the legwork to find another in-network provider for my insurance - that's just not something I have a lot of spare time to do.  When it came time to use or lose my FSA money, I had to make this happen fast and of course I procrastinated until nearly midnight the night before I'd lose the money.  I'd heard of ZocDoc before but never used it, and now was the time.  I'm very grateful that this awesome doctor uses ZocDoc, because ZocDoc made this dreaded process MUCH easier than I'd anticipated.

On top of all that going smoother than expected, Dr.Yee was great, very personable, very thorough and caring.  I'm so pleasantly surprised with how everything has gone in this whole process! :-)

I was nervous to have to go back to the eye doctor for a second time within a year, but I was questioning my prior diagnosis and this place came highly recommended by one of my coworkers. I am beyond satisfied with my experience- every part of my visit was very good. The girls at the front desk are so kind and understanding. I expressed some concern about one of the tests that they do, essentially saying that I freak out every time they do it and "just cant".. one of the girls said it's no big deal, she's the same way, and that she's an expert at administering the test and guess what- she was right. I was fine.

Dr Yee is so awesome- she listened to everything I said, answered every single one of my questions and expressed genuine interest and concern over the health of my eyes. She made several recommendations  (which I will follow, by the way haha).  

I am generally very nervous when it comes to any kind of doctor. The staff here made my visit stress free, and even, dare I say it, enjoyable. Thank you so much!
