Dr. Brinegar has 30 years of experience in the examination, diagnosis, treatment, and management of all kinds of conditions, diseases, and disorders of the eye. He is an experienced optical surgeon and brings that level of dedication and healing to his entire practice, whether you need a treatment plan for glaucoma or just a routine eye exam. He specializes in the aging of the eye, from pediatric eye conditions to the many conditions that can affect older eyesight.
