Because we are a very small office and strive to provide very personalized, sensitive care, our office is considered out of network with all insurance companies. The current insurance model requires us to see higher volume of patients. This does not allow enough time to do a thorough visual efficiency examination and visual information processing testing, nor does it allow enough time for us to plan and effectively administer neuro-visual therapy. Pricing will be discussed and clearly laid out prior to your appointment. As a service to our patients, we do provide you with all the paperwork you need to submit claims to your insurance company to request reimbursement.
Payment for all evaluation services is due at time of service. We have other payment options for vision therapy services, including monthly payments, payments in full or with care credit.
Flexible Spending Accounts
Many employers are offering Flexible Spending Account (FSA) options to employees. Sometimes these are referred to as cafeteria plans and are elective, supplemental insurance savings plans. These plans are designed to let you save money in an account, pre-tax, to pay for additional medical expenses such as eye exams, glasses, contacts, and often laser vision surgery. Check with the benefits administrator at your work to see if you are eligible for this program.

Our staff understands that cost is a concern when evaluating vision care providers. We do not want cost to be an obstacle to maintaining proper eye health and good vision. We accept various forms of payment and are able to discuss financing options with you prior to any examination.
