Requirements
Minimum of 5 years supporting the Medisoft suite of applications in a multiple-practice environment.
Microsoft MCSE certification or equivalent.
Experience with Microsoft desktop and server O/S and related utilities and support tools.
Experience with advanced small office networking concepts, including routers, switches and firewalls.
PC and Server Hardware Support and Troubleshooting Experience.
Experience with preventative maintenance and high-reliability system design.
Understanding of HIPAA compliance as it applies to practice automation.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Grace under pressure.
"Can-Do" attitude.
Would Be Nice
Experience integrating Medisoft with mobile technologies (such as Medisoft for iPhone/iPad)
Experience with printer hardware.
