our lymphatic system and our mind.

One of the major ways in which a detox massage can benefit your body is by helping to strengthen and relax your muscles. Our Detox massage techniques work to put pressure on the muscles, stretching them and stimulating them by alternating the pressure of the massage. A blend of Young Living Essential Oils will aid in a healthy detoxing experience. Relaxed muscles mean your body’s processes can work more efficiently, and strong muscles help to keep the lymphatic system in tip top condition.
