Before any Lash Lift treatment can go ahead, a patch test must be carried out. This would typically be done up to 24 hours before the treatment. This is to identify if you have any sensitivity/ allergic reaction to any of the products used. A Lash Lift treatment cannot be carried out if there is any adverse reaction.

Preparing for your Lash Lift 

Please ensure to remove your contacts before arrival, or bring a contact case to remove them.  It is very important to arrive at your appointment without any makeup on your eyelashes or around the eye area.

Client Aftercare Instructions

  • Be gentle with your lashes for the first 24 hours following the Lash Lift service.
  • Do not rub your lashes for 24 hours.
  • Avoid heat or heat services for 24 hours following the service.
  • Avoid the use of contacts for 24 hours following the service.
  • Do not get your lashes wet for 24 hours (i.e. no showering, washing your face, swimming, etc.).
  • Do not use eye makeup for at least 24 hours following the Lash Lift service.
  • Periodically brush eyelashes upward using a disposable mascara wand or similar tool, as this can help secure the lift within the first 24 hours.
  • Do not use oils on the lashes as this will cause service breakdown (straightening of the lashes).
  • Do not use harsh products or oil-based makeup removers, as this can cause service breakdown.
  • It's not recommended to use eyelash curlers, as they could cause lash breakage.
  • Use the Lash Moist after Care Pen daily to nourish the lashes in between services.

Brow Lamination

Is best suited for someone with reasonably long eyebrow hairs and few to no bald spots in the eyebrow. Brow lamination lasts for approximately 4 to 6 weeks.

Not ideal for:

  • Irritated or problematic skin. (acne, eczema, sunburn, etc.)
  • Extremely sparse eyebrows/Short eyebrows
  • Eye infections/Skin diseases/Abrasions or burns around eyebrows
  • During pregnancy/Breastfeeding (may not work with hormones)
  • Within 2 weeks after a (chemical) peel.
  • Previous allergic reactions to eyelash-lift products.
  • Aftercare - First 24 hours after treatment:
  • Avoid contact with water.
  • Do not rub the eyebrows.
  • Try not to sleep on the eyebrows.
  • Do not use eyebrow makeup.
  • Do not use a moisturizer around the eyebrows.
  • Avoid hot temperatures. (Example: Sauna, steam baths, Jacuzzi, etc.)
  • If wearing a tight sweater, or came out of the shower, you should brush the hair back in the position using a spoolie.
