"This place is very professional and the staff is friendly. Always willing to help you. I've bent my glasses twice playing basketball. I know I shouldn't play basketball with glasses on but I forgot to bring my contacts. Anyways, Kelvin was very nice to fix my glasses. He made sure my Cartier frame was back to it's original shape. Luckily I didn't break these permanently. They've got a great selection of optics to choose from as well."

"My husband and I have been going to Golden Optometry for quite some years. Although we visit this place only once or twice a year, it has always been a pleasant experience. The store is often filled with customers, but their customer service is yet consistent and efficient. We are able to schedule and reschedule several follow ups easily... "I get my eye check here annually, for both my glasses and contact lens. I love this place, they have a HUGE selection of glasses... I came in here to see a doctor, Dr. Anne Lee. Boy, were she good.... Again, awesome staff, wonderful doctors. I was in and out of there within 20 minutes. Overall, this place is wonderful, I always suggest this place to family and friends."

"Golden San Gabriel branch is the best one-stop shop for its variety of glasses and contacts with reasonable pricing and other optomery services. The place is busy and crowded for a reason, becuase people go there for wide selections of products (including high-end brands) and sincere customer service...I would like to focus on Golden's customer service at retail section with special recognition to "Kathy Luc"...I have never felt pushed into buying anything. Kathy always smiles and she is very patient."

"What a great shop for full service of all your optometry needs! The atmosphere is professional but vibrant and energetic. The staff is always smiling and always attentive...I brought in some Tag Heuer glasses to get the lenses swapped out with a new set of fancy transitions with all the bells and whistles (thanks to her recommendation!). She was very careful in handling my frames and I'm glad because they were quite pricey! Coincidentally I noticed they had the same series of frame for a little less than I paid, so they have great pricing, trust me! She took all my information, verified what I wanted, and let me know that they would be ready within the next day or so. Sure enough two days later she let me know they were done, and they looked wonderful! It's as if these frames were MADE for these lenses, and vice versa. The transitions work great and the Anti-Fog coating is AMAZING! My glasses are amazing now and everyone complements them. And the price I was charged was a steal to other places offer the same product but I'm sure less service."

She is very professional and wonderful to work with. She is very knowledgeable about all the selections that are available to you. She listens to your needs and is very very very patience if you have several questions to ask. She knows the type of lenses that is best suited for you and chooses or recommends frames that fits your face. We highly recommend Justina to our friends and family when purchasing a new frame/glasses/contact lenses. When getting your eye exam, they are very thorough. We like Dr. Huang."

"Have been coming here since junior high close to 2 decades ago and they are still the best place for me to get my glasses and contact lens. The doctors take the time to explain everything to you so you understand exactly what you need. Further, they handle all the questions with genuine care and do not treat you like you are less than them because you are not a doctor like them. Lastly, they tell you what you need and what you don't need rather than tell you to get all these premium things that you don't need so they make more money...last but not the least, they have great selection of the newest and most fashionable sunglasses that you can find... I have yet to considered having Lasik, but I have talked to Dr. Chen about it and may end up going with Golden at Rowland should I proceed. I recommend them to everyone out there!"
