Our eye examinations are very thorough. Please allow at least an hour - or more if you plan on being dilated rather than utilizing the Optomap to complete your exam.
If you are a contact lens wearer please note that there are additional fees associated with the evaluation of your lenses. Not all insurances will cover these. We will be happy to check on your insurance plan to see what coverage is allowed.

Also, if you're utilizing our online registration (below) please make note of the number that you are given after submitting your forms - this will help us if there are any issues.
