Amanda has a passion that she has followed with love and discipline. Yoga has been a part of her life for 5 years and her practice has helped her grow in the star she is today. Growth she has seen in herself has not only been in strength but more flexibility and fearlessness, both on and off the mat. Practicing Yoga inspires Amanda to live each moment mindfully. Amanda is a Certified Yogi by Yoga Alliance 200 hr RYT. She believes with a clear mind we can accomplish anything.

Katie first started at Bloom as a member and later moved onto becoming a teacher after taking her 200 hr Yoga Teacher Training last summer, she has since then become a rising star within Bloom and has dedicated herself to showing everyone how amazing yoga can be for the mind and the body. She has not only continued to bring an amazing class to adults but also to kids as she teaches our Sunday morning kids class!

Kellie has lived in CA and CO all her life and was previously a school teacher that worked with all ages, in her last years of teaching she worked with students who struggled with behavior issues and began to integrate yoga into their classes and got amazing results which made her realize her calling to become a yoga teacher. Kellie is certified in not only yoga but ballet barre as well, she brings her dance background to her yoga classes and loves it!

Linda teaches strong, challenging, dynamic Sculpt classes with the beat of the music. Her main focus in Sculpt classes is to continue to build strength, endurance, confidence all while enjoying a challenging workout! "I am now able to share and give to my students the same love, support and passion that has been given to me throughout my personal practice. This is a long life journey and I am truly blessed and honored to continue to grow along with my students, friends, family and most importantly, my husband."

After moving away from her hometown at 17 years old, Amanda sought out to find adventure and new beginnings. While studying at SDSU that same year she experienced her first yoga class and had suddenly found yoga, but slowly realized it had been with her all along. Amanda's college degree in Kinesiology only strengthened her interest and curiosity about the human body and the kinetics of yoga and health and she began to discover the holistic powers of yoga; every asana is a unique prescription for the body and mind. Yoga slowing began to break away her insecure and judgmental mindset, it opened her eyes to love. Yoga has given Amanda mental and physical strength that she never knew existed. Her journey with yoga had been life changing and after finishing school she knew it needed to be shared with the world. After five years of continuous dedication and practice to yoga, she took her 200-hour teacher training with the intention of graduating and speaking her truth and wisdom with those who need it. "It has been an incredible sight watching my passion and love of yoga evolve and grow. I know this is what I am meant to be doing".


Crys Smith

Crys has made yoga a part of her life for over 12 years; her practice has helped her grow both personally and physically on and off the mat. Yoga has inspired her to live every moment giving love and acceptance to not only others but herself as well. Crys continues to be a both a student and a teacher to share her yoga practice with the world. Crys is; 200 RYT with yoga alliance, gained a certification in AYTT (aerial Yoga), became a RKYT (Kids Yoga) and became registered with Next Generation Yoga for kids. She is inspired to serve and heal through waves of positivity and awareness of one’s own unique body. Crys fosters love and compassion with intention and mindfulness, with an aim to guide people in exploring the balance among the layers of oneself while connecting the body with mind and soul. She truly shares the beauty of life to anyone with a desire to take a drink of the earth. Her classes leave students’ stepping off the mat feeling happy, balanced and uplifted.


Drew Phan

Andrew took his first yoga class in 2006. He was drawn to yoga for balance, flexibility and strength at the beginning but soon found deeper benefits of yoga for the mind and spirit through meditation and yogic literature. He teaches meditation and flow classes at an beginner and intermediate level, challenging your core strength and flexibility at the same time encourage and inspire you to listen to the inner spirit to take care of your body and mind.




Brittany Griffiths

Initially it was just the physical benefits of yoga that captured Brittany's attention during college, however as she began to develop a regular practice and dive deeper into the study of yoga beyond Asana; she acknowledges that is when her yoga journey truly began. After studying abroad in India during her junior year, Brittany's relationship with yoga blossomed even more than she could have ever imagined. Following her graduation Brittany ventured back to India with a one way ticket to dive deeper into her practice and immerse herself in all things yoga from the source. In 2014 she completed a 200 hour residential teacher training course at Rishikesh Yog Peeth, located in the foothills of the Himalaya. Upon returning to the states in 2015 she has continued to teach a variety of classes including Hatha, Vinyasa and even Stand Up Paddle Board Yoga. She is a passionate/dedicated teacher as well as student, and truly enjoys sharing her love for mindful movement with others and witnessing how yoga can beautifully transform a persons life far beyond the physical body.


Katie Lewis

As a Yoga Instructor with a background in Child Development, Katie is a firm believer in meditation, patience and mindfulness and their positive effects on individuals and families. Katie earned her B.S. in Human Development and her B.A. in Philosophy from Virginia Tech. She received her RYT-200 hour certification from Prana Yoga Center in La Jolla, CA. Katie is a lover of knowledge and has continued her education with a certification in Restorative Yoga, as well as a certification for the Yoga Wall for a healthy back. She just completed her Yoga Therapy Training and she continues to participate in workshops to further her skills. Her passion is guiding individuals on their spiritual journey to help better themselves and live their best life.
