I have a bad case of "Austin Allergy Eyes" and he thought out a really comprehensive plan to help me. It has only been about 6 hours since I saw him, and seriously my eyes already feel better because I immediately started following his treatment plan.
I didn't feel like a number, I felt like he really cares if I get better. BTW, his office staff are super nice and professional too."

"I have been a patient of Dr. McCarty's for over 4 years now. His staff are friendly and professional. His office and lobby/showroom are clean. These are not even the best things about his practice. Two highlights come to mind. First, just after I became his patient he guided me through the process to get LASIK, which is something I'd been considering for years, but never felt comfortable with until he made it all less ambiguous and gave me a referral to the best LASIK doctor in Austin. Second, every time I come in for an annual checkup, he takes TIME with me. He never rushes and always answers questions. In fact, he seems to LOVE showing patients pictures, diagrams and videos that help us understand our eyes. In short, he has a fantastic "chair side manner" and "I'm not kidding" (As Dr McCarty likes to say!)"
