Dr. Ken Bono was born and raised right here in Kansas City. He attended optometry school in Chicago. Dr. Bono opened his first practice almost 40 years ago in Atlanta, Georgia. He has been around the block opening his own practices and working for and with others. Dr. Bono is excited to be considered the new kid on the block working with Dr. Fose, Dr. Strong and the professional staff at Blue Valley Vision of Overland Park. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his family. He also enjoys salt water fishing.
Everyday Dr. Bono feels humbled and honored to be able to provide continued care for his established patients and for those he is meeting and caring for, for the first time.
