Dear Patients,
It has been a pleasure to serve your community for the past 37 years as an Optometrist. I have had the privilege of meeting a great many people and developed lifelong friendships with many patients. With a lot of joy, and some sadness; I am writing to let you know of my decision to retire. My last day with the Eye Care Center in Fridley will be on June 30th, 2018.
One last thing I would like to accomplish before retirement is ensure that my patients transition to a doctor that shares my standards for high quality eye care. With that goal in mind, I highly recommend that you select one of the following, competent Optometrists at the Eye Care Center who are accepting new patients; Dr. Mitchell Albers, Dr. Ashley Herde, Dr. Jordan Keith and Dr. Alicia Alvarado. It has been a great pleasure meeting and caring for your eye health needs. I appreciate your loyalty throughout the years and will take the memories of all that I have experienced with me into my retirement. I wish you continued good health and all the best in the coming years.
