Dr. Richter has been a partner in the Eye Care Center since 1985. A native of Mitchell, SD, Dr. Richter received his BS degree from Augustana College and his Doctor of Optometry from Illinois College of Optometry in Chicago. Dr. Richter's commitment to his profession and his patients is evident, with his ongoing attendance at various clinical and management of eye disease courses throughout each year. He is active serving on various committees and membership of organizations within the surrounding communities.
Dr. Richter currently resides in Mahtomedi with his wife, Nancy, and their daughter. As time allows, Dr. Richter enjoys traveling, biking and golf.
