Porsha Conforti is our front desk receptionists. She is our first interface with patients and doctors. Porsha answers patients phone calls, schedules appointments, pre-tests patients vision, maintains charts, greets patients and orders all contact lenses. Porsha has been working in the medical field for many years.

Jessica is the friendly face that yousee behind the desk at Captree Eye Care. She helps you make appointments,check in and out, and is responsible for the overall flow of the office.Jessica is eager to help answer questions about your vision insurance, orhelp you order contact lenses. She is a wonderful part of the team!

Janice is a friendly voice on the other end of the phone. She has been with our office since 2002 with Dr. Scheid and now with Dr. Jaclyn Benzoni.

Through many years of experience with Office Administration, Insurance, Billing etc, Janice is always available to help and answer all questions of concern for our patients. Her knowledge of all of the different  insurances is amazing!
