What is Sassy Vixen Fitness? Sassy Vixen Fitness is a dance fitness class with copious amounts of sexy. Based on movements from striptease, exotic and diva dancing, the first 25 minutes focus on strength & flexibility building exercises that target your legs, arms, booty & abs to build your confidence & make you feel strong & sexy. The next 35 minutes you will learn a choreographed chair dance or dance routine. You will walk out of class feeling empowered & beautiful. We don't take ourselves too seriously so every class is full of fun, laughter & sassiness!
What do I wear? Leggings, capris, or dance pants and a moderately form fitting top (just nothing too flowy.) Smooth soled shoes are best and can be anything from flats to stilettos.
Do I have to wear heels? No. Wearing heels however, acts as proprioceptive training, teaching your body balance & strength. Wearing heels will strengthen muscles in your legs & core and improve your balance, but are never required.
What do I bring to class? Bring water in a non-breakable container with a lid and a mat for floor work.
What if I can't dance? No problem! The dance routines are created and broken down in such a way that anyone can do them. Everyone's unique style is encouraged, not judged in Sassy Vixen Fitness.

We start with a cocktail & mingle social in a classy lounge-style ambiance. When it's time to get down to work your host Scarlet D'Tease-mi will lead you through a sultry warm up then teach you a sassy dance routine using a chair or other props.
