We Care About Your Health and the Health of the Community
Here at Northwest Eye Doctors we are available to see you and your loved ones for all their eye care needs. We have introduced enhanced protocols due to COVID-19.
We ask all our patients/visitors/staff and doctors to refrain from entering the clinic if:
- If they are experiencing any flu-like symptoms, cough, fever, chills, body-aches, sore throat or shortness of breath
- If they have been in contact with anyone with COVID positive over the past 14 days or close contact with anyone with flu-like symptoms.
Please call the front desk at (778) 394-6933 to inquire about same-day visits as walk-ins are only permitted if schedule allows. We have Patient Intake Forms available and ask all patients complete then email/fax these forms back to the front desk prior to your visit.
All contact surfaces are cleaned after each patient and throughout the day. Exam rooms are thoroughly sanitized after each visit. The optical is open and eyewear will be cleaned and sanitized after each trial.
