Meet Our Staff

Dr. Julie Holmes

Originally from Fairview, Oklahoma, Dr. Holmes received her Bachelor’s Degree from Oklahoma State University, and her Doctorate in Optometry from Northeastern State University.

While in optometry school, Dr. Holmes received several awards including the Clinical Excellence Award and BVA Excellence in Patient Care Award. She is board certified in the treatment and management of ocular disease including glaucoma and diabetes.

She and her husband are active members of Asbury United Methodist Church and enjoy OSU sporting events. They have two beautiful children Dawson and Hollace.

Dr. Kristin Vandervoort

Dr. Kristin Vandervoort is a Tulsa native. She received her undergraduate degree at the University of Texas at Austin and her Doctorate from Northeastern State University Oklahoma College of Optometry.

While in Optometry school, Dr. Vandervoort received many awards including the Excellence in Contact Lens award and the Clinical Excellence award, one of the highest honors as a 4th year student.

Dr. Vandervoort is the proud mom of two young daughters, Carter and Quinn, and wife to husband, Carl. The Vandervoorts attend First Presbyterian Church and enjoy spending time together as a family.
