"Our entire family go to this visionworks. The staff were very friendly. My children are 5 and 6. They were able to get us in one after the other. This was the children’s first eye exam, so they were a little bit scared but the staff and Dr. Lauren Sowash were amazing. She made my children feel comfortable and was very patient with them. She worked with them trying her best to get the right prescription. She informed me of the treatment plan with the glasses and answered my concerns, and explained the importance of having the children wear their glasses as much as possible so their eyes can correct themselves overtime, hopefully."

"I was absolutely blown away with the service of the staff! They were busy but polite. And the manager was a great multi tasker!! Everyone who helped me was amazing. From the front staff, to the person who did my pretest, to the doctor who made me laugh. I was nervous to go because I had a bad experience with my prior eye doc, and after this I am so happy I decided to use my benefits and will definitely be back to see Kayla and everyone else. "The staff and optometrist, Dr. Megan Kirchner were very friendly. Dr. Kirchner took the time to educate me on my eye health. Jason the Optician took the time to help me pick out frames and was very detailed when he informed me of all of the different lens options available to me. He also took the time to give me quotes on different frame & lens selections available to me to help me get the best deal. I had an overall great experience at Visionworks. They were also able to get me seen for a last minute appt. that I called in and scheduled that day. I highly recommend the Northern Colorado Springs location."

"I've been going here since I was an early teen and I'm now about to be 22; these guys are awesome in what they do. Always super friendly and kind, willing to help where you need and offer assistance. Staff is always welcoming and work hard to get everything done quickly but effectively; they're not afraid to wait for you to choose and let you take your time. 11/10 recommend. Their glasses are always super cute too and they'll help you if you're not sure which to get. The glasses always come in super fast too and they help with it for free when they need little repairs or cleaning."

"My daughter and I went in for an exam and glasses. What I was most impressed with initially was the large inventory of frames there were to choose from. Dr. Daw did our exams and he was very thorough and informative, he even took the time to explain everything to my teenage daughter. After the exam the staff was amazing and helped us pick out great frames that stayed within my budget. "I have gone to Ft. Collins Visionworks for over a decade, my folks moved here 3yrs ago and also are patients. Dr. Hirata is by far the best optometrist I have ever gone to. My Mom had a stroke 5 yrs ago and it affected her sight. Dr. Hirata was very patient with her and went slow so she could process each lens change until it was just right. The staff is knowledgeable on frames and helpful, the place is clean. Sometimes there is a wait, I call in to make my appointments, goes much faster, but it’s worth the wait. "I cannot say enough good things about the crew at this VisionWorks. The doctors, the techs, everybody...the customer service and attention to detail has been outstanding. I personally apparently have difficult vision to properly correct and they have been so helpful in finding the right fit for glasses and contacts. While we are still working on getting things set with my contacts, I have complete faith they will find the right solution. And...I can honestly say that no other eye doctor/company has put forth this type of effort. Kudos to the entire staff!!!"

This shows me that the staff is not solely focused on a sale but the care and vision of the customer. No vultures at this location! What a breath of fresh air!
