Dr. Norton obtained his undergraduate degree In biology from the University of Rhode Island. He attended the New England College of Optometry where he received his Doctor of Optomerty degree. While there, he participated in the teaching assistantship program.
Dr. Norton has maintained a general optometry practice in Rhode Island with an emphasis on contact lens fitting and care. He is licensed to practice in Rhode Island, Massachusetts and California. He is a member of the Rhode Island Optometric Association and American Optometric Association.
He is Retired.
