Steven Graham,OD
Born in Kansas
Dr. Steven Graham was born in Topeka, Kansas and attended high school at Seaman High School there in Topeka. He received his undergraduate education in chemical science at Kansas State University in Manhattan, Kansas, where he met and married his wife, Bobi. He then attended the University of Houston College of Optometry in Houston, Texas; where he obtained his Doctor of Optometry degree. While in optometry school, he and Bobi had two sons, Ryan and Tyler Graham.
Military Experience
After graduating with his Doctor of Optometry, Dr. Graham joined the Airforce as a Captain practicing as an Optometrist for three years in Wichita Falls, Texas. Both of his sons have followed in suit and are in the military. His son Ryan, who currently resides in North Carolina, is a SSgt Marine corps working in communications. Tyler was a Sgt Marine corps working in Air Traffic Control, but now resides in San Antonio, Texas.
Private Practice
After three years in the Airforce, Dr. Graham moved to Liberal, Kansas and worked for Dr. Cauble for three years before separating from Dr. Cauble and opening his own practice in 1997. He then opened his satellite practice in Elkhart, Kansas in 1998. He re-named the business in 2005 to Vision Source of Liberal. Dr. Graham has been serving the community of Liberal and Elkhart for 22 years now!
K-State Fanatic/ Traveling Grandparent
Both Dr. Graham and his wife, Bobi, have season tickets to Kansas State University football and enjoy driving up to Manhattan in their camper to tailgate the games with friends on the weekends. They also enjoying traveling to spend time with their two grandchildren, Gavin who is 9 years old and Weston who is 2 years old.

Rhiannon Radcliff,OD
A Kansas Native
Dr. Rhiannon Radcliff was born in Liberal, Kansas and resided there until attending high school at Turpin High School in Turpin, Oklahoma. She received her undergraduate degree in Biology from Northwestern Oklahoma State University in Alva, Oklahoma. She then graduated with her Doctor of Optometry degree from the Northeastern State University Oklahoma College of Optometry in Tahlequah, Oklahoma in May 2017.
Returning to Seward County
During Dr. Radcliff’s optometric training, she provided comprehensive eye care to numerous Cherokee Nation patients and the Indian Health Service clinics. She also completed her externship in Tulsa, Oklahoma that increased her knowledge in contact lenses, specialty lenses, ocular disease, and she had the opportunity to work along side LASIK and cataract surgeons. Right after graduating, Dr. Radcliff married Rhett Radcliff of Forgan, Oklahoma and moved back to the Liberal area where she began working at Vision Source of Liberal in July 2017.
Side-Kick Rancher
Dr. Radcliff currently resides in the country near Forgan, OK with her husband, Rhett Radcliff, who is a third generation rancher/farmer. She enjoys riding around with him, both in the pick-ups and tractors, and learning how to help out on the family farm. She loves being outdoors with her vegetable garden in the summers. They have recently just added Emmy, their mastiff puppy, to the family and enjoy playing with her.
