Dr. Ilana Gelfond-Polnariev
For over 20 years, Dr. Ilana Gelfond-Polnariev has been treating patients and promoting comprehensive eye exams. Her passion is in Neuro-Optometry, Vision Therapy and Head Trauma rehabilitation for both children and adults. Dr. Gelfond is a Developmental Optometrist, Board Certified by the College of Optometrists in Vision Development (FCOVD). She continues to publish and present to various local organizations on the importance of vision and learning. Most recently, she published a children's book titled, the ABC's of How You and I See. After graduating from Pennsylvania College of Optometry (Salus University) and completing a residency in Vision Therapy and Rehabilitation, Dr. Gelfond continues to maintain a faculty position at SUNY College of Optometry. Proudly, she was the first recipient of the distinguished Dr. Martin Birnbaum Memorial Award for outstanding knowledge and skill in Behavioural Optometry. She was a recipient of the 2015 New York State Young Optometrist of the Year award for her commitment to the visual welfare of children in the community. Most recently she has served as a Chair of International Examination and Certification Board for Vision Therapy.

Dr Viktoriya Rudnik
Dr. Viktoriya Rudnik is an established and highly skilled optometrist with over 10 years of experience. She obtained her Doctor of Optometry degree from SUNY College of Optometry. She completed her pediatric and vision therapy training at SUNY college of Optometry and Woodhull Medical and Mental Health Center in Brooklyn. Dr. Rudnik enjoys providing eye care to children and adults with special interest in Orthokeratology. Dr Rudnik is a member of American Academy of Orthokeratology & Myopia Control. She obtained the International Academy Certification in Myopia Management (IACMM). Dr Rudnik's passion is driven by connections she builds with her patients and enjoyment she holds in keeping their eyes healthy and well. Dr Rudnik resides in Staten Island, NY with her family and enjoys life raising her two daughters.

Dr. Miriam Korik
Dr. Miriam Korik is a board certified optometrist who practices full scope optometry in Staten Island, NY and Brooklyn, NY. She received her Doctorate of Optometry Degree from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry at Salus University. Dr. Korik has also completed hospital based internships specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of ocular disease at the VAMC in Charleston, SC. She has extensive experience with contact lenses, chronic dry eye management, glaucoma, macular degeneration, eye allergies, and diabetic eye care. Dr. Korik is comfortable seeing patients of all ages and is committed to providing excellence in individualized care to her patients.
