Fillerina® dermo-cosmetic fillers are available in three different concentrations in order to provide the most effective and suitable treatment for the skin on the face and neck.

• Grade 1 – Treats moderate wrinkles and expression lines, and improves signs of sagging, particularly around the lips and cheekbones.
• Grade 2 – Treats visible wrinkles and expression lines and improves uneven skin tone and areas of visible sagging especially around the cheekbones and lips.
• Grade 3 – Treats deep set wrinkles and expression lines, very uneven skin tone and severe sagging of facial features, especially around the lips and cheekbones.

Efficacy on Wrinkles – Cheekbones – Lips

Fillerina® dermo-cosmetic filler was tested in an in-vivo, double blind, placebo controlled study that has been carried out on 40 women*. Measurements determined not only the decrease in terms of wrinkle depth and volume, but also the increase in the volume of cheekbones and lips and the lifting of facial features:

Reduction of Wrinkle Depth

The wrinkle depth is the linear measurement of the skin surface at the innermost point, expressed in micro-millimetres.

The filling action of Fillerina reduces wrinkle depth by an average of 21.8%, and up to 54.8%.

Filling of Wrinkle Volume

The wrinkle volume is represented by the empty space left by the depressions of the wrinkles and furrows, measured in mm3.

The Fillerina effect allows decreasing the volume of the wrinkle by an average of 26.3%, and up to 48.8%, filling the empty space.

Lifting of Facial Features:

Average: -1.32 mm
Up to: -2,87 mm

The data measure the distance between the upper part (front) and lower part of the face (jawline) in 5 points and are expressed in millimeters. Negative number = reduction in distance = remodeling action of the oval.

Increase of Cheekbone Volume:

Average: +2,27 mm
Up to: +3,39 mm

The data measure the variation in the distance between the contours of the cheekbones and a line tangent to the nose, expressed in millimeters.

Lifting of Cheekbones:

Average: -2,51 mm
Up to: -3,67 mm

The measurement of the cheekbone lift is a reduction (in millimeters) of the distance between the contours of the cheekbones and a horizontal line intersecting the eyes.

Increase in Lip Volume:

The treatment with Fillerina active ingredient results in an increase in the volume of the lips at all times. After 3 hours since the first application, an increase of +8.5% was already reported. At 30 days the average increase is of 14,2% up to 44,7%.

Fillerina® dermo-cosmetic fillers feature a blend of six different hyaluronic acid molecules which vary in size and weight in order to most effectively penetrate and plump up the skin.

Hyaluronic Acid (1000 Da) – Immediately penetrates the skin and helps with the swelling of tissues and the smoothing of wrinkles.

Hydrolyzed Sodium Hyaluronate (5000 Da) – As above.

Hydrolyzed Hyaluronic Acid (50.000 Da) – Penetrates the middle and deep layers of the skin, filling in wrinkles and plumping up lines from the inside.

Sodium Hyaluronate (200.000 Da) – Penetrates the surface and middle layers of the skin binding large quantities of water and helps level out the cutaneous skin layer.

Sodium Hyaluronate (2.000.000 Da) – Penetrates the surface layers of the skin and helps to keep tissue plumped up.

Sodium Hyaluronate Crosspolymer (Reticulated Hyaluronic Acid) – Guarantees a slow and continual hyaluronic acid release into the skin, helping to keep the skin tissue plumped up.

Matrixyl – Provides reconstruction and gradual progressive plumping up of cutaneous tissue.

Hexapeptide – Stimulates the production of membrane proteins to help the flow of water through all of the skin’s layers.

Fillerina® 1

The Fillerina® treatment must be used once a day, in the morning or in the evening, every day for 14 days.

Directions For Use

The application of the Fillerina® 1 (Replenishing filler gel) is made using the special applicator, which allows for 1ml (0,03 FL. OZ.) amounts of product to be drawn and released accurately into the desired areas. The gel filler should be left to work for 10 minutes to allow the active ingredients to fill the desired areas. The palm of the hand should be used to allow residual product to penetrate the skin. Suggested quantity for each application: 2ml (0,07 FL. OZ.).

Fillerina® 2

The Fillerina® 2 (Nourishing Film) is applied to ensure a sufficient amount of moisturizing and nourishing substances and allows the filler application to be completed with the maximum amount of comfort.

Directions For Use

1-2ml of the nourishing film is extracted and applied all over the face and neck. It is important to be hydrated when using this product as this will optimise the effectiveness of the treatment.
