Guest Services
Our front desk is available to ensure your satisfaction with our services. If you are ever not 100% satisfied, please bring it to management attention and we will rectify the situation immediately.
Scheduling
In order to receive your preferred appointment time, we highly recommend that you pre-book your next service prior to leaving the salon. Please keep in mind that your appointment may have to be shortened or rescheduled as a courtesy to our next guest if you arrive late.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that unexpected circumstances come up that require you to change your appointment. We kindly ask that you give us 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment may incur a charge of 50% of the scheduled service. No call or "no show” appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
Payment
Payment is made at the end of your visit, at the front desk. We accept cash, check, Master Card, Visa, and Discover.
Gratuities
Gratuities may not be added to credit card charges, nor are we able to add them to gift certificates.

Please notify our staff of any sensitivities or allergies you have.
