Contact Lens Exams

A contact lens exam requires several extra steps to ensure success with your contact lenses. Our Fremont eye doctors will ask you about your experience wearing contacts, if any, and eye health in general. This is to determine the most comfortable type and brand of contact lens available.

We also specialize in "hard to fit" contacts. If you suffer from allergies, dry eye, or an eye disease, there's a good chance we can find a comfortable fit suited to your eyes.

We check for depth perception, hand-eye coordination, eye tracking, response time, and the ability to focus as an object or a person.
