Meet The Staff

Dr. Finley has served as an adjunct clinical professor for The Pennsylvania College of Optometry, The University of Alabama School of Optometry, and The InterAmerican Puerto Rico School of Optometry.

He has been a clinical investigator for major contact lens companies, and an Advisory Board member for TLC Laser Centers.

Dr. Finley has published several articles in professional and trade journals and local newspapers. He’s lectured at many educational conferences on contact lenses, laser vision correction, eye diseases, and children’s vision and also gave presentations about the eyes and vision care to many service organizations, schools, and nursing homes.

Dr. Finley is a Fellow of the American Academy of Optometry, Fellow of the Virginia Academy of Optometry, and a member of the American Optometric Association, The American Academy of Orthokeratology and Myopia Control, Virginia Optometric Association, and Northern Virginia Optometric Society. He serves as a Contact Lens Expert Speaker for Bausch + Lomb, and was recently cited as one of the top 20 fitters in the country for Paragon’s CRT (Corneal Refractive Therapy)Specialty lenses.
