As past President of the Virginia Para-Optometric Association, she has helped plan and lead continuing education conferences.

She continues to enjoy doing vision screenings, optical repairs at local businesses, schools, health fairs, and nursing home facilities. Brenda enjoys helping to make choosing custom eyewear a positive experience by frame styling to your specific activities, facial shape and personal style.

Brenda and her husband, Doug, have been married for twenty-nine years and are proud parents of their two children, Whitney Jo and Kenton. She’s involved with her church and enjoys photography, party planning, and shopping.
