Christi is a graduate of the Institute of Natural Healing Sciences (INHS) and has over 7 years of massage experience. She understands that every person has unique challenges and preferences and prides herself in being able to hone into the needs of each individual. She believes deeply in the body’s ability to heal itself.

She has a wide knowledge of bodywork modalities that include Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, and Myofascial Release Therapies. She has also had continuing education in Hot Stone, Effective uses for Essential Oils, Prenatal Therapy, and in depth courses on headaches and cupping.
