Dr. Howard Budner O.D. 

Dr. Budner graduated from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry in the top ten. He scored the 4th highest grade in the country on the competency exam for the treatment of eye diseases. His residency included running the eye clinic at Andrews Air Force Base and at the Eye Surgery Center in Silver Spring. He completed an internship at the Learning Disabilities Clinic in Dallas, Texas. He is also the founding member of SPECTRUM eyecare, the only Optometry/Ophthalmology network in the Metropolitan area. Dr. Budner moved here from New York with his wife. He has 2 wonderful children and lives in Maryland. He is one of the most respected Optometrists in the area and is given high praises by the top Eye Care subspecialists with regard to his clinical skills in diagnosing complicated vision problems.
