Alicia Alvarado, OD | Eye Care Center Optometrist
Dr. Alvarado joined the Eye Care Center team in 2018. She graduated from Gustavus Adolphus College and received her Doctor of Optometry from Pacific University College of Optometry where she graduated with honors. During school, Dr. Alvarado was a member of Beta Sigma Kappa Honor Society for academic excellence. After graduation from optometry school, Dr. Alvarado completed an optometric residency at Minnesota Eye Consultants, P.A. in Minneapolis. The residency specialized in cornea, refractive surgery, glaucoma, and surgical co-management.
Dr. Alvarado is a member of the Minnesota Optometric Association and American Optometric Association. In her free time she enjoys biking, camping and hiking, and exploring Minneapolis and St. Paul. Dr. Alvarado resides in Minneapolis with her fiance, Kyle.
